Jefferson Place offers spacious two-bedroom floor plans with kitchens that are perfect for entertaining guests. All our apartments come with stacked washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, ceiling fan in the dining room and balcony/patio. We do not have central air conditioning, but you can use a portable air conditioner, no window air conditioners are allowed. One assigned parking spot per apartment. We do have carports when available for $30 a month.

Jefferson Place is minutes from I-5 for an easy commute to the city for work or entertainment. Directly across the street from the Lewis River for those of you who like to fish. It is only a 90-minute drive to the coast.

We are a pet-friendly community, with 2 pets per household. All pets and assistance/companion animals need to be screened before moving in. The first pet screening is $20, and the second pet screening is $15. Assistance/companion animals and no pet, pet screening is at no charge.
